Quality is the lifeline of a factory, and it is a red warning line that cannot be discounted or sacrificed, especially in our plastic pipe industry. If we take a project as a living body, then plastic pipes are the blood vessels in this living body and play an extremely important role. This is also the reason why the International Standard Organization and various countries have issued pipeline standards in order to restrict the quality control of raw materials, production processes and finished products. All YiHeng products are strictly implemented in accordance with the upper limit of the standard. Our quality control of QA(Quality Assurance) and QC(Quality Control) is reflected in the following aspects:
▼ Strict Selection Of Raw Material Suppliers:
All suppliers of YiHeng must pass the ISO9001 Certificate of Quality Management System,ISO 45001 Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Certificate of Environmental Management System.
▼ Strict Selection Of Raw Materials:
We only use raw materials approved by the International PE100+ Association. PE100+ Association, founded in 1999, is a prestigious and authoritative industry organization in the industry. The PE100+ Association leads the production and application of global pipeline materials. Its testing methods and monitoring standards are stricter and more demanding than the international ISO. At present, the world's high-end Manufacturers of water supply and gas pipes regard entering the association's product catalog as a necessary condition and access threshold for selecting raw material suppliers. Now truly international membership currently comprising 14 member companies are: Borealis, Borouge, INEOS O&P, IRPC, Korea Petrochemical IND. Co., LTD, LyondellBasell, PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, Prime Polymer, SABIC, SCG & Thai Polyethylene, Sinopec, and Tasnee.
PE100+ Association ensures the very highest quality of PE 100 products by continuously monitoring three fundamental properties:
1.Creep Rupture Strength (CRS)
2.Stress Crack Resistance (SCR)
3.Resistance to Rapid Crack Propagation ( RCP)
Network engineers have identified these to be crucial for increasing the use of PE in gas and water distribution networks

▼ Staff Training And Induction:
YiHeng provides pre-employment vocational training for all employees, and only those with certificate of qualifications obtained can operate machines. Skill training and skills assessment are conducted for employees from time to time to ensure that they always meet the job requirements.
▼ Process Inspection:
Each batch of raw materials will be sampled and retained for inspection. The production process will be recorded in detail, and samples will be taken for inspection before and during production. All samples will be kept for 3 years for future inspection.
